I used Miranda Auto Body to repair my Tesla after a minor accident. I have just got my father to leave work early and spend an hour in traffic with me driving from Eastern Suburbs with a small child and another 9month yo being looked after a relative at home so i could pick up the car. i called 3 time through the journey to inform the staff i am on my way. there was an accident around the airport which delayed us slightly. i called and asked if i could pay over the phone and if i could use my spare keys to pick up the car. the reply i receives was “sorry if you are not here by 5 on the dot you have to come back another day” i then explained that i am 5 min away and i have 2 small kids and it’s hard to get someone to drive with me that far and have someone look after both 4yo and a 9 month old during school holidays i was told sorry not our problem i begged the staff member to please wait for just 5 min i was literally around the corner. again with a small child in the back after we have set in traffic for over an hour i was told sorry no i was happy to leave my credit card i was happy to do anything else they suggested but the reply was no, we are not waiting, you cannot pay over the phone there is no flexibility i am shocked by the lack of common curtesy, flexibility and a duty of care! if i was in a customer service role and someone told me they were 5 min away and they have a small child and they have been in traffic at no fault of their own i would have waited just to see if the child needs to use a bathroom after a long trip or some water.. just basic ‘human’ care i am now driving back home for another hour with no car and i have to somehow find someone to look after the kids again and come drive for 2 hours to collect the car again thanks Miranda Auto Body for this ‘special’ experience in all the years this is the first time i have come across such cold careless indifferently inflexible and overall shocking lack of customer service.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing the service at Miranda auto body is. I arrived at the service centre due to colour from a car cover staining my Mercedes. Without a booking, my car was taken in immediately upon arrival to be assessed. I was reassured that the the stains could be removed and that they will start the job right away. Amazing service and quality of work. My car looked brand new. The only body shop I would ever consider trusting with my vehicle.
